Our embedded GTM engagements start at $7000 per month. Fees scale with scope and stage; we'll scope the exact retainer after a short discovery call.
We like to commit to at least six months so we can build foundations, ship repeatable growth, and prove traction. Contracts are signed month-to-month, so if the engagement isn't working for you, you aren't locked in.
Once those systems are humming, we can maintain our partnership or can help you hire and onboard your own GTM team while stepping back into a lighter advisory role.
Context Design = organizing every useful signal—customer calls, metrics, market intel—into a living workspace your team and tools can act on.
Narrative R&D = turning that signal into a market‑shaping story through structured research, testing, and high‑leverage content (tweets, essays, decks).
In short: we build the system (context) and the story (narrative) that power your go‑to‑market.
Occasionally, but only when a limited project will truly move the needle (e.g. fundraising, a big product launch, etc.). We make the biggest impact by embedding with a team and going deep, so full engagements get priority.
