Native is a narrative strategy studio. We help founders articulate why their company should exist. We work with technology companies at inflection points, often right before a raise, a pivot, or a moment when understanding and clarifying your thinking to the world is particularly high stakes. We help you craft the words that find your believers.
The primary output is a “pillar essay,” which becomes the defining document of your business. We’ll also support across copy, marketing and sales materials, decks, and longform content. The outcomes are positioning, clarity, speed, and ideas that attract the believers you need to achieve your mission.
We start with philosophy. Today, great companies are defined by their unique point of view. It is impossible to differentiate, or survive, without one. Our job is to excavate that argument and share it with the right people.
This usually begins with a Narrative Sprint: a 2–3 week engagement where we go deep on your company, your market, and your beliefs. We interview you and your team, study the landscape, and write the core artifacts for your business.
Many founders want ongoing partnership, so we can also plug in as your company’s “editor-in-chief,” a thinking and sparring partner who knows your business and helps you stay sharp as things evolve. We’ll also do writing work across the business.
